Celebrate Maryland's ironmaking history at the 7th Annual Maryland Iron Festival. Enjoy a weekend of live blacksmithing demonstrations and hands-on casting and molding with experts from Hopewell Furnace. You don't want to miss the iconic IRON POUR with 3000 degree molten iron! Join in family activities with Keystone Ironworks; take a guided tour of the historic Harriet Chapel; watch the kids play colonial games and activities; and listen to live music. You can shop the artist and maker market; stroll the grounds and watch plein air artists at work. G&G will be there with our coffee carts serving up the crowd and enjoying what will hopefully be fair weather.
