If you got something at G&G and there is an issue with the product, please return it to us within 30-calendar days from the date of purchase. We will provide a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit for items for items returned in new condition or are defective. If defective, we will address it with the wholesale or manufacturer if within the 30-calendar day window. If the product appears to be used, the return may be subjected to a restocking fee. Any associated labor fees such as for mechanic services, are non-refundable. Gift cards, bikes, and special orders are not returnable for refunds.
